2. Mô tả công việc

- Conduct safety education and training for new employees in various departments; supervise the medical examination of new employees and employees who have worked for one year;

- Responsible for the safety inspection and environmental protection inspection management of the plant area, if there are unreasonable emissions, please ask the relevant departments for rectification and maintenance in time;

- The insurance and settlement of employee accidental injury insurance;

- Responsible for property insurance and claims settlement, company auto insurance insurance and claims settlement;

- Responsible for the certification and annual inspection of motor vehicles in the factory; the verification, re-verification, and statistics collection of special operations personnel;

- Responsible for cooperating with the monitoring and inspection of environmental protection department;

- Do a good job in safety production and safety training;

- Cooperate with the fire brigade to do the fire prevention work in the factory area, and be responsible for organizing fire drills;

- Supervise the situation of sewage treatment and waste gas treatment to ensure that the discharge is up to standard;

- Regular inspections of the company's fire extinguishers and other firefighting facilities, elevators, electrical equipment, etc., and find problems in a timely manner to solve relevant problems to avoid hidden dangers;

- Make labels for safety signs and carefully check and update in time; follow up the registration and inspection of safety helmets in time;

- Purchase of daily medicines, wound treatment and bandage for injured employees; purchase and distribution of heatstroke and cooling medicines, and publicize and implement safety bulletin boards.

3. Yêu cầu

- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 -5years of working experience in the related field or equivalent from reputable universities;

- Good command of English & Vietnamese (spoken and written);

- Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills;

- Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
