Mô tả công việc

• Provide support, driving, and implementing the HSE Roadmap. Support to implement HSE programs/ campaigns to promote HSE awareness and foster HSE culture in the company.
• Work closely with team leader/ manager to ensure continuous improvement and compliance in HSE aspect of the company. Create the safety policies/ procedures/ forms and implement them over the fulfillment center/ offices/ hubs.
• Ensure all internal & external activities are assessed and control measures are implemented in HSE aspects. Assist in HSE compliance reviews, risk assessments to support HSE management.
• In charge of the work environment keeping and the occupation health of the officers/ operators. Ensure HSE’s law compliance of fulfillment center/ offices/ hubs and for external service suppliers (if any). Maintain the HSE standard as per applicable certification, law and requirements.
• Support to implement all the activities/event of ERT plan. Participate in detailed accident investigation and root cause analysis. Prepare for audits/ C.A.P from internal/ external parties.
• To collect, analyze and prepare reports, meeting and HSE training materials as required. Work closely with internal/ external teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance in HSE & Sustainability team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in HSE Management or any equivalent. 
• Have 3-4 years experience of HSE responsible in the manufacturing & multi-national companies.
• Good technical knowledge (electric, chemical, mechanic…), basic analytical skills, good communication and training skill. 
• Be the trainer for HSE training (newcomer, employees, contractor…)
• Leadership and problems solving attitude, pro-active with actions.
• Good at HSE reporting (internal & external), managing HSE administration jobs (PPE management, HSE equipment & service management), work with internal & external teams to implement HSE activities (health check, waste disposal, first aid service, fire drill…). 
• Support HSE & Sustainability manager to implement HSE & Sustainability projects.
• Good at English - 4 skills & Microsoft Office
• Work location: VSIP 2 – Bình Dương (50%) and HCMC (30%) and others FC (20%)
